1. Hizmet Tanimi

BsoftHotspot, isletmelere WiFi erisim yonetimi ve misafir kimlik dogrulama hizmeti sunan bir yazilim platformudur.

2. Kullanim Sartlari

WiFi hizmetini kullanarak asagidaki sartlari kabul etmis sayilirsiniz:

• Hizmeti yasalara uygun sekilde kullanacaksiniz
• Baskalarinin haklarini ihlal etmeyeceksiniz
• Ag guvenligini tehlikeye atacak eylemlerden kacinacaksiniz
• Yetkisiz erisimlerde bulunmayacaksiniz
• Spam, kotu amacli yazilim veya zararli icerik dagitmayacaksiniz

3. Hesap Guvenligi

Sosyal medya hesaplarinizla giris yaptiginizda, hesap guvenliginiz sizin sorumlulugunuzdadir. Hesabinizla yapilan tum islemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

4. Hizmet Kisitlamalari

• Hizmet belirli bant genisligi ve sure sinirlarina tabi olabilir
• Bazi icerikler filtrelenebilir veya engellenebilir
• Hizmet kesintisiz veya hatasiz calismasi garanti edilmez

5. Sorumluluk Siniri

BsoftHotspot, WiFi hizmetinin kullanimindan kaynaklanan dogrudan veya dolayli zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmet "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir.

6. 5651 Sayili Kanun

Turkiye'de 5651 sayili Kanun geregi tum baglanti kayitlari tutulmakta ve yetkili makamlarla paylasimasi zorunlu tutulmaktadir.

7. Degisiklikler

Bu kosullar onceden haber verilmeksizin degistirilebilir. Guncel kosullari duzenli olarak kontrol etmeniz onerilir.

BsoftHotspot cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of WiFi service. Service is provided "as is".

6. Legal Compliance

In Turkey, all connection logs are kept in accordance with Law No. 5651 and may be shared with authorities upon legal request.

7. Changes

These terms may be changed without prior notice. You are advised to check the current terms regularly.
